• Oversee daily operations of multiple malls in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing leadership and support to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Dynamics to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and development activities to ensure long-term success of the malls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or mall operations management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
