As the Daycare Center Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of our daycare center, including managing staff, overseeing educational programs, and ensuring the highest standards of childcare. You'll work closely with our team of educators, administrators, and parents to create a positive and enriching experience for all children in our care. With your leadership, we'll continue to set new benchmarks in early childhood education in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
• Manage and supervise a team of educators, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement educational programs and activities that align with early childhood development standards.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for childcare facilities.
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
• Collaborate with the MainStory leadership team to ensure the daycare center's goals and objectives are met.
• Participate in staff training and development, helping to create a team of highly skilled and motivated educators.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress, attendance, and any incidents or concerns that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in daycare center management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of educators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and community members.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in childcare.
• Familiarity with childcare software and tools, such as TODAY's Meeting, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid CPR certification and first aid training.
