📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage the entire export-import process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.
- Prepare and manage trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Monitor and optimize trade routes and shipping methods to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate and manage trade agreements and contracts with international partners.
- Provide regular reports on trade performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in global trade and logistics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with trade documentation software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Familiarity with logistics management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
