📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track outstanding accounts using our proprietary collection management system.
• Conduct client negotiations to resolve outstanding debts and achieve financial settlements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they understand the collection process and their options.
• Monitor and report on collection activities to ensure targets are met and performance is optimized.
• Collaborate with the finance and credit teams to develop and implement collection strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections to continuously improve our processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the banking and financial services industry.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in the banking and financial services industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proficient in using collection management software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage accounts and resolve complex issues.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping.
