📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to minimize costs while maintaining product quality and availability.
• Manage and negotiate with 100+ vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Leverage data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and IT, to streamline procurement processes.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and legal requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and vendor management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic procurement and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Familiarity with procurement software like SAP or Oracle.
