You'll work closely with our accounting, treasury, and risk management teams, using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and Concur to streamline our financial operations.

This role is perfect for a finance professional with 2-5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field. You'll need a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement, along with proficiency in English and Indonesian.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data for reporting purposes.
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, and Concur.
• Support the treasury team in managing cash flow and liquidity.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
