📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new and used car financing products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and financial institutions.
• Assess creditworthiness of potential customers and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or sales in the automotive or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing products and processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
