📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain optimal water quality parameters using advanced aquaculture software and equipment such as pH meters, dissolved oxygen sensors, and temperature probes.
• Implement and manage feeding schedules, ensuring efficient nutrient delivery to the shrimp.
• Conduct regular health checks and implement disease prevention and control measures.
• Assist in the implementation of sustainable farming practices, including waste management and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement improvement plans for farm productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in aquaculture.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for farm operations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for farm performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shrimp farming, preferably with Vannamei species.
• Familiarity with aquaculture software such as AquaCulture, AquaMon, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of good aquaculture practices (GAP) and sustainable aquaculture principles.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate farm equipment.
• Willingness to work in a remote and sometimes challenging environment.
