📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create and maintain detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections
- Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback and ensure quality control
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction contracts
- Support project managers and site engineers with technical information and drawings
- Contribute to the development of standard templates and drawing libraries
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Drafter or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Certification in BIM or relevant industry certifications is a plus
