📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial statements.
• Handle payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and preparing pay slips.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and company policies.
• Support the accounting team in audits and financial analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
• Passion for food and hospitality industry is a plus.
