📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and stock control to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to protect employees and assets.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage warehouse budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Understanding of inventory control and stock management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
