📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands and maintain a clean and attractive environment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
