Sengkang General Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Patient Service Associate to join our Pre-Operative and Admitting Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a smooth and efficient pre-operative process. We are looking for a professional who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the pre-operative process for patients scheduled for surgery, including medical evaluations, consent forms, and pre-operative instructions.,Assist in the admission process, including patient registration, room assignment, and initial patient assessment.,Provide patient education and support, ensuring patients understand their surgical procedures, recovery plans, and post-operative care.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the management of patient schedules, including appointment scheduling and cancellations.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on hospital policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a patient service or administrative role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid certification or license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
