📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of customer service,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets,Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Promote products and services to attract and retain customers,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the outlet for events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role,Proven track record of managing outlet operations and driving sales performance,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends
