DRIFT Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow professionally. This is a remote position based in Nusa Dua, Bali, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
