📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and documentation to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure optimal support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
