📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
