📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily shop operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Lead and supervise a team of shop assistants to achieve sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Assist in the training and development of new shop assistants.,Monitor and report on shop performance metrics to the store manager.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events to boost store sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven leadership and management experience in a team setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,Valid ID and work permit for Balikpapan.
