📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and providing leadership.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
