📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular counts and audits.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage receiving and shipping processes.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Implement and improve warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
