📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked and organized,Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure it is distributed to the appropriate recipients,Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, invitations, and follow-ups,Maintain office records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings and management reviews,Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments and managing travel arrangements,Ensure the office is clean and tidy, and that all equipment is in working order,Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with office management software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,High school diploma or equivalent,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus
