📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
