📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.,Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the status of their application.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
