Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat,Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records,Assisting with product knowledge and providing information to customers,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience,Providing feedback to improve our products and services,Participating in training and development programs,Adhering to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using computer and customer service software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
