📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
