We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at the Singapore University of Technology and Design in Badung, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payroll for a diverse and international workforce accurately and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Manage payroll systems and software, including data entry, calculations, and reporting.,Prepare and distribute pay slips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.,Provide excellent customer service to employees and address any payroll-related inquiries.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.,Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in payroll software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
