📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all projects and operations to ensure they meet our clients' needs and expectations.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.,Monitor project progress and performance, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and operations, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of insurance industry and relevant regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
