📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address academic, social, and emotional concerns.,Develop and implement school-wide programs and initiatives to promote student well-being and growth.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to student conduct and discipline.,Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, communication skills, and healthy relationships.,Monitor student progress and provide regular reports to parents and school administrators.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student counseling sessions and interventions.,Promote a positive school culture that values diversity, inclusion, and respect for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.,Experience as a school counselor or in a related role, preferably in an Indonesian school setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.,Valid counseling certification or license, preferably from the Indonesian Psychological Association.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
