You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the OFW Credit Business segment.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.,Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or lending industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with the OFW Credit Business segment and the Indonesian market is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
