📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
