📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Employee Experiences product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
  • Measure and track product performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee experiences.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and develop.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly in the context of employee experiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
