📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food production and ensure high-quality standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Manage and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they are trained and motivated.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize inventory and manage food costs.,Participate in restaurant planning and development.,Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Valid food safety and health certification.
