In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in achieving their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring that expenses are kept within budget.,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.,Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.,Support the finance team in the implementation of internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
