📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting and record-keeping.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data.,Assist in financial planning and analysis to support business growth.,Monitor cash flow and provide financial advice to management.,Conduct periodic reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.,Train and mentor junior accountants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
