📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule social media posts on various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities,Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Report on social media metrics and insights to the management team,Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent writing and content creation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools
